Shipping and payment

Payment

I accept payment by bank transfer. Once your order is confirmed, I will send you the payment details. The artwork is shipped after the payment has been received.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged separately. The cost depends on the size of the artwork and the destination country — all details are provided in reply to your inquiry sent to art@princekarol.art or through the form next to the artwork.

Packaging

Every painting is carefully protected and packed in a wooden crate or a cardboard box.

Shipping

Artworks are shipped from my studio in Gdańsk, Poland, with DHL, FedEx, UPS or DPD.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and link. Larger orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery time

I ship worldwide. Delivery times are approximate and counted from the shipping date:

• Poland — approx. 1–3 business days
• Europe — approx. 4–6 business days
• Rest of the world — approx. 7–14 business days

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes of the destination country may apply and are paid by the buyer.
